Beastlord class or path?!Follow

Is there a beastlord or similar class and/or path? i cant find any info regarding beastlord style pets so i'm fearfully guessing there aint one!! whats the sitch?

They should introduce the Beastlord with the frogloks?

Maybe have them have Giant Wasps or Mantises as pets??

I want a froglok monk....

Special racial attack ====> Tongue Lash... Twice as effective from female frogloks ====> Double attack value again if female froglok is married...

There is some hope that competitive pressure will spur them to hurry up and add BL, a very popular class.

I'm not singing another game's praises here- don't get mad - I'm just pointing out that another very popular mmo has a class called "hunter" that gets to go out and "tame" animals they find in the wild - and train them up - and level them - and etc - pretty much a BL (except they can have any kind of beast pet they want - a wolf, a turtle, a black panther, a gorilla...). This class is by far and away the most popular one on that mmo.

So maybe SoE will see the light and get us a BL in eq2. I miss them, too.
