problems with spellsFollow

I just dinged level 21 as a dirge and noticed that i did not recieve any new spells i was supposed to recieve misfortunate kiss and some other spell. Also i noticed that i am missing the spell melancholoy chorus or something at level 20 which i did not recieve either........am i supposed to buy these spells or am i just bugged?
