coercer armor quests?Follow

Ok can anyone help me here and tell me where and what npc starts my coercer armor quests?

/grin nice try Evilgnome but coercers are only in Freeport so I am pretty sure he needs to go to EFP and see the silly gnome, Kirsteh the Witch, on the 1st floor of the newspaper.

She gives all 6 evil very light AQ's
