I think you can change server but it will cost you 75$. Atleast this is true in EQ1.
If you just finished Isle of refuge, I say you should just start over on the correct server, isle of refuge only takes a couple of hours unless you plan on becoming destroyer of goblins...

yes i also messed up i didnt know that when the servers are red and say FULL it really just means highly populated so now each of my toons are on extremely low pop servers hey no lag but also nearly no groups and never any GOOD players mostly kids i was always on the roleplaying server in eq1 and really wanted all my toons to be on roleplaying servers here since they have the more professoinal grade players usually that are serious about playing not just runjumping all over the place like a lunatic lol so is it .75 cents to change ?and if so can you have all toons on the roleplaying servers or just 1 like in eq1?

I think he meant $75...which is ridiculous. I mean, wow, thats more than the game...hopefully he meant 75 cents and not 75$ but i dunno....But what i wanna know is HOW you do it...i see no options for it, lol *so very lost*

I don't think there is a pay per server move service for EQ2 yet. They are doing some server moves from busy servers to quieter ones though. You'd have to check it out on the official site. It's free too btw.
