I keep getting a message about "search disabled due to heavy load". Excuse me, I paid money for this site, isn't the money supposed to pay so somebody can buy a decent server?

I'm annoyed.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear you could not access the search option. As you can probably tell this information website is of very HIGH use. Supporting almost all MMORPGs means lotz o people!

As the error message stated to you, it has been disabled due to heavy load. As far as I know, the search option always works, although I have also heard it is down a lot for some people. I just personally signed up for the premium access 4-5 days ago and have yet to try it out.

Sorry about not being able to use this great fuction, I'm sure its just a 'right now' thing. Maybe in a bit it will work? If not, we have awesome Admin here that can forward your concern/complaint up the correct chain of command.

Alla and Company needed to get some new servers in to handle the load. I believe they got the servers, but they haven't been able to add the search back in just yet. Hopefully it won't take them much longer.
