The Nuts HelpFollow

I have a map on my PC that will really help with the "Tour of Antonica" & "Antonica creature catalogue" quests
It has taken several hours research to put together
I need help to post it as i am useless with computers
If anyone thinks this is a good idea please give fool(me)proof instructions how i do it, i have the map saved as an image in my outlook
ps i go the map from gry on line thingy
so if there is a copyright issue you have to advise me on that as well
i believe if you have both quests open this is killer
