Think you would never leave the house again. All the dilivery peeps would have a key to my house. I would have to make sure the system is really close to the bathroom id be runnin. Forget the job. Forget the wife. ITS GAME TIME.

I have asked in the past...
Back around August last year...
I had the choice of taking the family to Puerto Vallarta for a week or buying one of these...

Please note... I am still married and all important parts are attached... heheheh (Puerto Vallarta was gorgeous!)

Anyways, the price last summer with S&H was $3,200...
That sounds really high but go price a 27" Plasma screen HDTV...
And this will take TV input from a WinTV video card...

I figured I would place it in my computer room next to the mini-fridge and bathroom...

I have a friend who makes custom furniture in RL... he told me he could make me a "Capt. Kirk" chair...
Something that reclines and has a swing-away arm that would hold the keyboard, mouse and cup/soda-can holder... He told me I could have a nice set of speakers installed in the headrest and a HUGE subwoofer in the base of the chair...
He said I would feel every boom & crash all the way up my spine...
All that PLUS a massage unit installed for only $800...

I dunno... If you had $4,000 to burn I could see it being worth it...

(Of course if I had bought this the wife would take in the divorce just for spite... hehehheheheheh)

as opposed to squinting at a 19" monitor trying to read 1900x1600 rez???

I didn't say it was practical, just that I wanted it...

Gonna win the lottery (stupid people tax) some day...
