Does anyone now how to do this? i would just ask my friend but hes not online right now. also , is there a webpage of commands like this some where? im aware of the standard commands. /showhood and the like. /togglebags etc. but i never knew you could do this thing with the bank. any help would be great.

yup.. just click the item.. and drag it like you were equipping it, but drag it to your chat box.. that's that. And it doesn't have to be the bank, it could be any item that you happen to have. And I'm not sure of a list of /actions anywhere.. but I know there are some.

Multiple-Line Macros

Macros can be done similarly to EQ1, with the exception that only 2 abilities may be used in one macro. But it is very easy to combine a "say" command with an action/skill/button. The easiest way to use a dual-action macro is to start with the "/:" characters and to separate commands with " ; " with leading and trailling spaces around the semicolons. (Thanks Isriam) Examples:

/: ; gsay disbanding ; yell ; disband

or

/: ; useability bestowal of vitae ; gsay Healing %t! Stay Close!

Some rules:

The "/:" can only be used once and must be the first characters.
ALL commands need to be separated by a "space semicolon space"
Macro line limit is 100 characters
"useability skillname" calls your ability by skillname
A max of 2 /useabilities can be used in a command. The commands are executed immediately. (one casted immediately and one queued, if a third command is used it will replace the second as it will now become the queued command)
Alternate: Start line with an emote. (Thanks Kinin)

All the above rules apply except an emote is used instead of the colon. Thus the emote must appear first. Also chat commands must appear last.

Summary: / [emote]; useability [abilityname] ; useability [abilityname] ; gsay [text]

An example of working macro starting with an emote:

/brandish ; useability Sneak ; useability Quick Strike ; gsay Tada
/yawn ; useability Daring ; useability Courage ; gsay Buffed

An example of macros that WILL NOT work:

/useability Sneak ; useability Quick Strike
/gsay INCOMING ; useability Sneak
/yawn ; useability Daring ; useability Symbol of Transal ; useability Courage
(**Will result in Daring & Courage being casted ONLY**)

Who & Example Uses
Note: the cap on how many names are displayed is 100. So if the who result is 100, it is likely that there are more results than that. Try narrowing your /who command by adding more parameters, such as a level range.
just /, or /who (will bring up a list of people currently in the same zone as you)
/who all (can be many things)
/who all, good, evil, roleplay, scout, bard, dirge, 30 40, 30, friends

/Whotarget will run a /who on your target

/channellist -> lists all channels currently in.
/whochannel # -> lists all users in specified channel.
(channelnumber is displayed next to name in chat window whenever receive message regarding that channel (i.e "You tell channelname (1), "hello channel" "))

Guild
/guild create Guild Name – temporary method of guild creation
/guild invite -target a player in the same zone and invite them to join your guild. You must be an officer to do this

/guild promote -used to promote people to full member and officer
/who all guild - lists whoever is on in guild at the moment
/gu or /guildsay
/guild motd MESSAGE (adds a message that all guild members will see when they log on) I am assuming if you just type /guild motd you will see the message without changing it but have not tested it. Also I imagine only the leader or maybe officers can change it. Not sure.

Useful Tidbits
You can repeat your last entry in the chat window by clicking in it (or hitting enter to enter chat mode) then hitting the up arrow key to scroll through previous entries. Hitting the down arrow key will scroll down through entries to the most recent, then to a blank. Holding shift and hitting up or down goes to the first recorded entry (up) or clears the chat box (down).

% codes - Useful for hotkeyed macros (see socials window, macro tab)
When speaking, you can now use a series of “%-codes” that expand into various pieces of information. Same as EQ Live.

%T - Returns the current target.
%S - Returns the subjective gender-specific pronoun for the target (He, She, It).
%O - Returns the objective gender-specific pronoun for the target (Him, Her, It).
%P - Returns the possessive gender-specific pronoun for the target (His, Her, Its).
%R - Returns the race of the target (only works on Player characters - Sorry.
