If you wanted to be a ranger, started off in Qeynos, and then betrayed, would you still get to be a ranger or do you turn into the freeport counter part? Thank you for any help in advance.
Would have to be an assassin.
You can't do your level 20 sub-class until level 18, and you can only betray up to level 17.

Here are 2 more questions for all of you? Can any race betray? For instance can you be a troll who betrayed Freeport and live in Qeynos? And if so can an evil race who bretrayed Freeport attain a good class? For example Can a Troll brawler who betrays Freeport become a Troll Monk instead of a Bruiser?
Yes, any race can do the Betrayal quest. As for the subclass, the exclusive ones are by current home city and not by originating alignment. So yes, if you had a Troll brawler and betrayed to Qeynos, he will become a Monk.
