Now, before anyone gets a flame fest going, just let me state that I have searched high and low for the answer to this question and I still can't find it.

The question is: Does anyone know what the recipe is that gives you homebrew beer?

I've looked in all the Artisan Essentials and the drop books for Artisan but I just can't see it. The only recipes I can see that mention beer use the homebrew as a component. Trying to follow the links on EQ2Traders or EQ2Crafts just comes up with a frozen screen, so I'm stuck.

Can anyone out there in EQ2-land help please?

I can't get on now to see if there is any lower recipe, but there is a malt beer (I think that is what it is called) that craftsman can make at around 16. (Again, not sure of the exact level but it is around 16).

The lowest level beer I can see is Jumjum Beer which is a level 9 recipe. Malt beer is level 17.

Can't find any mention of homebrew at all, either as a component or a finished product.

I actually found the answer myself, so I'll post it here in case anyone else has the same problem.

On another (I thought) fruitless trawl through the recipes on EQ2Traders I checked the recipe for Ginesh (Artisan essentials Vol 6) and came across an interesting note. Where the recipe calls for Homebrew Beer as a primary component, in typical SOE manner the description is misleading. It should read HOMEBREWED beer. This covers all the player made beers, such as malt beer, jumjum beer etc which are craftable using bought or foraged components.
It's taken me 3 days to get this, so thanks Sony for making your typos add confusion - like refined isonoid = isonoid reagant, refined elm=planed elm and so on.

Thanks again Miaa for troubling to look and Blue for your reply

Homebrew beer can be any of the brewed beers. I think level 10 to 20 would be ogre swill, halsian porter, twice brewed beer. Oh sorry, there was break in this post and I didnt think it was answered.
