Ebayers and BOTSFollow

Dont like the thought of ebays and BOTS on EQ2? i have read literally hundreds of posts on this website about the subject on how these people create Macros to control and play multiple chars and play round the clock farming and how its going to ruin EQ2.Unfortunately i havent read a single post on how these people control and play these multiple chars or the methods they use to pull this off.

Now if there is anyone out there who does not like there stategies or believes that this will ruin EQ2 i challenge you to do the following. Create a post listing step by step how this is acomplished.

Level the playing field.

Once all players know how this is done, likely everyone will begin to do it or enuff peeps will do it that Sony will be forced to take action to solve the problem pemanently or risk the whole cookie going down the tubes.

It isn't a secret.

Telling people too clueless to use google how to do it would ruin the game in a very short period of time. Your faith in SoE's ability to act decisively is touching but wholely misplaced.

These mechanisms existed in EQ1 (MacroQuest for example) and I see no reason at all to believe they have not adapted to EQ2. I have not met people using them in EQ2 yet but I'm sure I will sooner or later. Believe me you do not want this widespread.

The other point which your post ignores is that it is only possible with 2 or more accounts. So the vast numbers of people playing with only one would be immediately disadvantaged.

It took a 2-minute google by the way to find more places offering stuff for EQ2 than my stomach can take. Is it really that hard for people to just play the game?

Your right Cobra - just losing my temper. Its frustrating watching those who exploit get ahead while i play as the game was intended and only to see the economy go bye bye.

Also, I am sure that that would go against Allakhazam forum ryles topost cheats or exploits, as i have seen posts get deleted for it before. There are people using craft bots, harvest bots etc. Any half descent programmer can make one. I persoanally think that many, many of the people that use bots are using a homebrewed kind, as they know that the ones on Ebay are about ~90% of the time keyloggers that just steal your login info, so they can turn around, and sell your character once you have leveled it with the bot. Probably, some kid makes a bot. It works, so he shares it with his friends. That, I believe is what happens. Sadly, I played Ragnarok long enough to know what bots are and how they work and spread, even when I was not using them myself, as about 1 in every 3 people on RagOn used one in some form or another. Some people would just assume I used bots, believe it or not, and just start asking me where I got them, or just tell me the site with the "1337 botzz" LOL
