Anyone seen these in Thundering Steppes?
We managed to get different quests of the Wandering Augur in Tower two. One is simple - kill Plains Serpents. The other needs us to kill "Elder Hawks"

Wherever I go - there I am.
I saw a ton of them yesterday by the Goliath giants , The Banished and Obsid Boulderboom , a rough loc is : 776, -3, 1004 .I only noticed them as my partner mentioned that he had been looking for them and didnt find them until yesterday .
Just becarefull when running around that area not only are there a ton of giants but there is also 3 named :The Banished (level 30), Obsid Boulderboom (level 30 ) , also a level 39 rat ( cant remember the name right now), the con is " god like compaired to you " Red triple over con group x3 and he has about 4 friends of the same con with him .
