Random name changing?Follow

While playing tonight I was booted off the server and when I logged back in my name had been changed. Has this happened to anyone else? Or did some whiner complain about my name and Sony had to change it? I figured the name "Spankinit" was funny as hell, but i guess someone doesn't???? Ah well if you need me my "new" name is Spizizinizz or some crap.

Yes, either the GMs ( or whatever, not quite sure what these omnipresent beings like to be called in this game yet ^^ ) got a complaint, or deemed your name to be offensive just by looking through the character list. If you are not happy with your new name, I belive you can ask them to let you re-name your character, albeit, with a non-offensive name fitting the fantasy style of the game. The naming rules are outline on the offical EQ2 page below.
