Zerker Weapon's !!Follow

I am a zerker at lvl 31 and I had seen such zerkers who are using duel-wields!! Then I bought 2 Kregnok's Axes!! But I couldnt hit even once to the mobs at lvl 33-34 who are yellow or orange to me?? I have 71 agility, 131 slashing, 153 duel-wield!!! Now arent these enough?? Increasing my agility would be effective?? Or my slashing is a problem?? OR Fighter classes cant use duel-wield effectively??
