Coercer AbilitiesFollow

One reason I chose Coercer over Illusionist is the Beguile spell at level 37.6. Can any higher level Coercers let me know how well this spell charms mobs? What's the duration? Does it help with solo encounters? Is it anything close to Dire Charm from EQ1? Thanks for the info.

Hello I'm a lvl 40 coercer but i know a very lot about coer ability's on how to solo and to do grouping. As far as beguile goes the rate on how charm works heres what you do to ensure it lasts. 1. Cast mezz on a guy.
2. Cast scarred faith (the debuff)
3. Cast Binding light or whatever
4. Cast Ego blast
5. Cast mezz again
6. Cast bequile or charm

With the debuff on the charmed target it ensures and reduces the chance of your charm breaking. By casting ego shock on it 1 time it also ensures that when your pet dies you still get experience for the kill or death of your pet. yellow mobs +++ charmed with a ego blast and scarred faith (the debuff name may be wrong)Will give you usually 1.1 exp for having it killed by another yellow+++ then you just keep doing this over and opver for fast exp.!
