What npc do I need to talk to specalize at lvl 20?Follow

I am in qeynos area. I did alfred ironforge at 10. not sure which npc at 20. Thanks in advance for any help.

You need to speak to his sister Devona Ironforge who is standing justr outside the harbour area in QH.

by the building that the Broker is behind.
