Price for items in EQ2Follow

I've notice there are lots of price cuttings in the EQ2 Markets already... I think reason is mainly because we don't really know what each items are worth and how "Rare" they are. Do we have any guildlines in terms of pricing the items??? I've seen price between 3Gold and 80Silver for "Tellurian (Adept I)" spell. Now that's a big gap.

Bronze is a "rare" - really an uber rare - but what you can make from it isn't all that useful or in demand. A bronze torque maybe? A neck item? But it is uber rare. I'd put it up for sale for ... maybe a few gold - and drop the price 10% every half day or so til someone buys.

Or you can keep it in the bank and see if a better use for it gets implemented in a future patch. Personally I'd just try to get some cash.

Yeah, adept 1 tell. rct. can sell for a TON. I got one weeks ago for 20 silver or so - dirt cheap. A gold is the average price on my server. Why? It's so darn useful to summoners.

What if you don't have a gold? What if you only have 35 silver to spend on it? Go to a big zone like Ant or Com and while hunting there occasionally /ooc something like "can anyone pls sell me an Adept 1 Tellurian Rct. pet? I can pay 35 silver, and I really need one. Thanks very much." You might get lucky. I gave this advice to a guy in the mage forum who couldn't get a gold- and he said it worked for him.

Oh, a price guideline would make no sense really... it changes all the time. Players are making less money now due to the fact that the market for foraged/mined/forested items is now gone (er gutted). The Wholesaler Tasks quest was nerfed - long story - but tier two items that sold for 20 to 60 copper now sell for 5 copper or so... or less. Funny, Antonica is now littered w/ unharvested nodes. So hopefully some prices will be coming down. Expect prices for uber rares, however, to keep going up. Like silver, coral, copper etc. - oh uber rares that make Adept 3 upgrades. This is one of the FEW things u can use to TWINK a char - so as more players hit higher levels and want to twink alts,the price for these (and rare adept 1's) will go up (twinking means having a high lvl char give powerful items to a low lvl char so he can be more powerful and advance faster - put an adept 3 Lightning Burst in yer shared bank, create a mage, and watch him tear up IoR w/ it - it's wild). Back to prices - they vary so much server to server, they vary from morning to evening - evening to night USA time is best - when lots of people are on trying to sell (lots of players start selling when it is time to go to bed - good prices then).
