Capped at 9th levelFollow

My alt is a half-elf predator I was going to use to make quills and inks for me (my main is a Necro/wannabe Sage). He is 9th level with about 112% XP. I have seen Altheas and she says I am certified (want to be craftsman). Now what?

I belong to my beginning crafting guild and the other 3 won't talk to me?

Anyone else have problems getting 10th level. I forget, what gives you 10th level, the certification or reading the 10th level book?

Please tell me I am overlooking something obvious.

Thanks Miaa. Yeah, I tried that last night and it worked. Stupid. They don't make you kill one more thing to ding when adventuring.
