I need some help plz, what spells do i need to cast to have lesser failed while i try to make app 2 and 3 spells?
And when should i cast it?

I am at work so I don't have them in front of me, but what I suggest is that you read the descriptions carefully to determine what each spell does. Then, use the spell that improves your progress by a large amount, until you see your durability going down. At that point, use your durability spells to get it back. Alternate between these as you go. Doing it this way takes more time, but I have not failed on a pristine yet.

And usually of the 3 you have available, you can find a mixture of 2 that grant more progress, and 1 that grants more durability, you can rotate through all 3 and keep the durability up as well as speed up the progress. You will also note that as items become more trivial to you you will not have to work very hard to keep the durability up, since you will not lose much in the crafting process. When making basic oils, washes, and resins I have pretty much stopped using the Durability one and use all 3 to speed the process along, and get pristine every time.
