Artisan or Adventurer? does the choice mean anything?Follow

I was conversing with a friend about how cool it was in SWG that you could select a non-combat profession and actually get ahead..

so I was wondering, when you get to the island in EQ2 you're asked "Artisan" or "Adventurer".. I've never selected Artisan cause crafting for me is something of a past time..

but for anyone who did.. what difference does it make? if any.. I'm a bit curious after that discussion with a friend of mine.

As far as I know this has NO effect what so ever in the game.

I belive this is a left over section of code from when you had to pick one or the other.
