Here is a sample of the entry for soloing Bladefin on the Isle of Refuge:
Bladefin Lvl 6 Barbarian Fighter, Health 165, Power 138, Attack 124, AC 133, Strength 37, Agility 23, Stamina 32, Intelligence 12, Wisdom 19. Before initiating combat I utilized Toughness. I started with Kick then began my HO with Fighting Chance >>> Wild Swing >>> Taunt. I was unable to cast due to a debuff so I set up my queue with Kick, so that it would go off as soon as I was able to cast again. Repeated the HO from above and ended the battle with a final kick. All abilities were Apprentice 1. I was wearing the following items: Exceptional Goblin Crafted Helmet, Footman Tunic, woven rawhide shawl, Constructed Wrist Spanner, Footman Gloves, Footman Leggings, Snakehide Shoes, salt-tarnished battle axe , Footman Buckler, Castaway Sash, Dreak's finely crafted bracelet, Collected Shell Trinket, and a Scrimshaw Token. All items were obtained on the Island of Refuge.
Please help us to share this kind of information on anything in the game with as much detail as you can. While hearing that you single handedly defeated something is good news, the more information we can give to others the better chance they have of repeating or improving upon your success.
