level 29 zerker here and was wondering what level i need to be to start grouping in these zones. also if someone can give a minimum ac / hp needed to tank in these zones also would be a great help

You can get a group at 29th. Though you can get access at 25th, mostly things will be too tough at that lvl. 28 or so is the minimum I'd say.
HP/AC depends on your class, as a Monk I've been tanking there since 29th with an AC around 1000 at the time, about 1150 at 31st.

So getting a group there at 25 as a Shadowknight with 1500 ac unbuffed shouldnt be a problem eh?
Oops, forgot I dinged lasst night - 26, not 25 as mentioned above =p
