I know that you can buy app2 spell upgrades from 1-19 from your local scribe in your part of town, then from 20-29 you can buy app2 upgrades and your 20 fun spell from qeynos harbor but where is the scribe for lvl 30-39 app2 upgrades and fun spells?

Nevermind, just an fyi for anyone else that is curious, i answered my own question. the scribe for lvl 30-39 and 40-50 are in the building right across from the other scribe in Qeynos Harbor. This is where everyone can pick up their app2 spells as well as fun spells.
