When I log on after a patch for some reason my hot key windows dissapear. How are you able to bring it back up?

Alt H will bring it back. You are not alone.
The solution is when you get back in do this:-
Alt + O
Click on the Macro tab
Click on an empty macro slot
Title it AltH
On the first line put
/ooc use Alt + H to get your hotkeys back
There you see. I've no doubt whatsoever that this is an intentional move by SoE to teach us to use hotkeys. Everything is "working as intended" until they change it.
