Patch IssueFollow

Need some help on a patch issue since sony is closed. I am trying to download the large patch from earlier this week and it keeps getting stuck at the file named char_tu.vpk. I turned off firewall and virus protection but still getting stuck. Any suggestions? Thanks for the help.
