Ive seen some people on these boards mention the black market what is it? is it just another word for broker or the freeport equivilant of qeynos broker? and anyone know where i can find one?
Yes.. it's just the opposite side's goods, and I've never used it, but I do know that the broker charges like a 40% fee.

The blackmarket broker allows you to buy from players of opposing citys. The Qeynos broker is located in Qeynos Harbor in the water closest to you when you zone in from Castleview. I'm not sure where the evil one is, I'm sure someone else can point you in the right direction.
just to avoid confusion, and so you know when you've found em :), in-game, they're named fences.
in east freeport: swim out to the lighthouse, take the stairs up the east side of it.
in qeynos harbor: near the docks, underwater, the canal ends to the south. swim under the archway and on the right you'll see a break in the wall, swim in there and up the well.
