if i try selling my pristine iron long he will only give me 1 silver and 25 copper and other npcs give me 3 silver will the arms dealers give me more for my pristsine weapons if i keep selling to them, like what that guy in the getting rich quick quest in beggers court?

I'm not sure I understood the question but I think the answer is no.
I always sell to the same NPC who time has shown me gives the best price and the prices don't seem to change over time. I've not been motivated to sell repeatedly to one with a bad price just to see if it gets better.
