Trading Trades?Follow

I am a level 21 armorer and am unhappy with my decision as I would have prefered a weaponsmith, when I speak to the individual that gave me the title armorer he asks me what class I would like, If I choose to tell him something different will I actually switch to that new trade? If anyone has any info on this it would be appreciated, don't want to mess up something if its just a bug.
