Macro helpFollow

#1 Jan 05 2005 at 10:52 PM Rating: Decent
I've been trying to setup macros for EQ2 for a little while now.
The only problem i am having is getting multiple commands to work in the measly one line SOny gave us to use.

So how can you put multiple commands in the one line?

To squeeze multiple commands into one macro you need to use the proper syntax. First, type "/: ;" (no quotations), then type the first command (i.e.) say Starting H.O. Now! Please stop using abilities. Then type a space followed by another ; and the next command (i.e.) useability Heroicopportunitystarterthingy, then type another space followed by another ; and finally type the third command (i.e.) whatever you want.

One example would be:

/: ;Using HO Now! ;useability HOstarterthingy ;g OK, I'm done and since there's no delay command on this game you guys probably interrupted it anyway so oh well go ahead and use abilities again.

Another thing to keep in mind is that you can only use 2 /useability commands in any macro since all commands happen one right after the next in very fast sequence, which means you can use one and stack one. Any further attempts to use the /useability command simply replace the previous ability in the queue.

Also, we'll be getting 2 more lines per macro after the patch.
