Polished Bone FragmentFollow

Has anyone found any of these and have any idea what they are for.

This item is dropped from what I assume is one of the high level boss mobs in Storm Hold. It appears as a small white ball and is called a Bone Fragment, yet when examined it examins as a Polished Bone Fragment. I have repetitivly searched the broker never to find one. I have also searched several sites and cannot find the item either.

It basically has my curiousitiy up is all ,, anyone else seen one of these things ??
