I am trying to find Lord Nalin for the Foul Wind quest but i cannot seem to find him anywhere. Went into Fyremyst last night and we totaly cleared the zone got nothing for our efforts, outside exp of course, because we hadnt talked to Nalin. I thought Nalin was inside that zone but apparently not. Anyone have any hints of where he might be please?

Thanks for the link, I have read it previously though and it doesnt give the LOC of Nalin, nor is he in the beastery list for Antonica or Fyremyst. People on my server (lavastorm) say it is a bugged quest and should be fixed when the "big Patch" comes out. Was hoping that it wasnt bugged just was looking in the wrongplace.
Well people claim to have finished it so there must be a way. Did'nt someone mention leaving and entering the zone once for each person in the group. Unfortunatly when I went there I was over lvl 20 which apprently is the one of the requirements to be under 20.
you have to finish the quest within 8 hours of getting the foul wind. you need to clear the zone and then the guy will show
