Windstalker Rumbler?Follow

I know this is a **VERY** rare spawn - in fact, someone told me that they'd heard that it was on a weekly timer, for crying out loud - but I was just wondering if anyone knew where this elusive little bugger (or big bugger, as the case may be - I've never seen him) spawns. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I've heard a couple theories on this. One is that they took it out after beta for some reason, and any alleged sightings are BS. I tend to buy this one because *no one* I know has actually seen it. I've heard a couple third hand accounts, but thats about it.

The other one is that it only pops duing a certain time of the "eq2 year". Something in the quest notes says it only pops during a certain season.
