Does anyone know if the armor quests go beyond 1, 2, or 3 I know there are gloves bracer and boots but what about armor? chest legs and helm?

They go all the way to 5 according to this site. The helmet is not part of the armour quests like these five other parts are, or so I've heard anyway only got to AQ 2 at the moment.
Best check out the quest list by zone, Qeynos Harbour. You will find a detailed list of the five armour quests known so far. I don't know as yet what quest the helmet is.

Thats cool but what about freeport Shadow Knights I only see 3 quests does anyone know if there are more?

Aah, sorry, too low in lvl in Freeport to have started those.

No one else knows if there are more than just 3 quests for armor?
In Freeport they go up to 6. I guess they do in Qeynos as well.
Yes they go up to 6. All slots except head.
