21 craftsman here (finally) and would like to know the ingredients for the ASH strong box.
Am I safe to assume that it is the same as the MAPLE strong box with a planed ash lumber subsituted for the planed maple lumber?
Reason is that Craftsman don't get a tremendous amount of recipes after level 20 (may be same for other classes as well) and I am going to have a bunch of time on my hands crafting carbonite studs, sheets, and planed ash lumber.

It's not as if he can make them without the recipe he just wants to get the components that he can make ready. There is no recipe for this on EQTraders either.

Your guess was right you are looking at carbonite sheet and stud and Planed Ash.
