Where do I pick up my Armor Quests? Any help w/ a fury is much appreciated. I'm so new to this ... thanks for all of the helpful info so far.....

Talk to Vassi Darkscale in North Freeport. He is an Iksar upstairs in the Inn by the West Freeport zone.
