/target_group_member?Follow

The command /target_group_member comes up on the command list if you type /t and hit the tab key. What I want to know is does this command actually have a function. I've tried to use it with names, numbers and combinations of the 2. Nothing works. If you have any info on the use of this command I'd really appreciate you posting it here.
