Where can I find out what different elixir's do. What stats do they add, etc. etc.
Cant find anything about what each one does.

I've been looking for the same info, and apparently, it has not be released yet. SOE is promising to either get the new patch online soon, to tell you what all food/drink/potions do, or release a full stat and effect list.
