Hate to say it but mine was never answered... Doomsquall camped the only Adventurer's camp there was to revive at, so basically anyone reving from anywhere zoned in died, and if they revived again... Died again... and again.. and again...

Most of us just sat there for hour's unable to do a thing, I petitioned (so did others) with no response... I thought mobs weren't susposed to be able to camp out one of these camps but he sure did.

I had one early in the game, took about 2 days to get an answer.

My friend had one earlier in the game. His issue was that he was not able to join a crafting guild, and was therefor not able to craft when he got off the Isle of Refuge. It has never been answered, and that was about 3 and half weeks ago.

EDIT: Oops, that was actually about 5 weeks ago now :P

I had an issue early on. It was answered after three days....well after I had solved it myself. To be fair to SOE you'd expect they'd be busy just after game release.

Yeah, I know that they were really busy at the time. Otherwise, I wouldnt be playing a game that took more than a week to get back to you about an issue that is halting some of the gameplay. Now, if that had happened about a year or more down the line, it would have been totally different.

I had one petition, and it was answered in a day.

It would have been nice if the answer had been anywhere near the issue I petitioned, but I guess you get your choice between speed and quality. Or, at least the CS department makes that choice for you.

My Orc Mastery trophy poofed from my home. A couple days later, everything else poofed except for a couple pieces of furniture that were stuck in the ceiling and walls--stuck in spots that players couldn't even move them to (I offered a screenshot to show that I wasn't trying to pull one over them). The answer I got was, "Sorry for the server crash and rollback this weekend, we're giving accelerated experience through Monday."

Thanks, ***holes.

Just a follow up on what happened with me. I petitioned last night(morning) at like 3 AM and got a reply about 16 hours later. They reimbursed my log. Its good customer service I think, just a bit slow.
