Does Adept 2 exist?Follow

I am thinking the adepts and master spells work the same way as app spells. Meaning app1 is given by lvl, app2 is paid for app3 is made, so Adept and master 1 are droped, And I have 2 theorys on adept 2 spells, and adept and master are made.

My thoughts on the missing lvl is this

First of all it say in different place that once you reach a tier 2 or higher tradeskill guild, everyone must help lvl the guild by running quests for the quest dude at the front door.
One of the rewards for doing this is the vender inside will start having more items appear on his list of stuff for sale. Now after I did a few quests I started checking out the vender everytrip to see if anything changed... And, superisingly enough it did. The tradeskill guild lvl'd up once and I found a couple items there that did not exsist before. With that in mind, I think that the tasks in tier 2 will add to the vender also. I am to make 10 tier 2 spells for the wholesaler. So, once I am finished I will let everyone know what turns up. Let see if waiting all this time making spells to give to him for a fraction of the amount possible in real people sales is worth it. There is a bright side.... I am gaining tradeskill lvls like made between the wholesaler and the people paying for my services :)....

Master is in game but it only comes from your lvling like for instance on my character lvl 40 coercer my anguish is master 2 which I was able to chose from lvling but, as far as buying or getting a master 2 from a drop is impossible only way you can get master 2 is from your lvling it is offered seldom.
