Since you can't attack without being constantly targeting something..
was wondering if means of using macro heal people your not selecting? Specificaly group, yourself etc.
I know if you cast heal spell at a monster, it will auto target the person monster is attacking. But thats not the same.
I just want to attack.. nuke, debuff whatever a mob and be able to heal at push of a button..
Lots stuff on emotes.. text and actions in macro's but haven't seen a lits for target commands yet ;)

you could set one up to assist the tank and fire off an ability. you'd use /assist and then useability. more info here. you'd have to change it with each new tank, etc., but after you set it up, your life is easier :).
