How do people get these in their rooms?

I'm not 100% on this but, with that said, if you are in a guild, and you're guild hits a certain level, certain incentives start opening up, like a horse, or certain furniture, OR crafting stations. I originally thought that these would be placed in guild halls once those were available but soo far I've read or seen nothing pertaining to a guild hall ever opening up or even a place to put them. So I guess people are putting them into their homes instead. They can be purchased with coin, status points (gotten from writs), or maybe combo of both.
From who, I have no idea.. ask the guy who had one in his house.
Once in a guild, you may purchase these items from a "City Merchant" with a combination of coin or status points earned. A min. amount of status points is listed with the items.
The advantage to having it in your room, is that you can be selling items while in there as well as making them. Of course you would have to have entered into your room with all the materials you need as you cannot buy from the b.b. in your room. This seems like an oversight to me.
