10. They don't leave poo everywhere.
9. Thier friendly; if your the right color, they follow you anywhere.
8. They always drop stuff, good for us scroungers.
7. Thier voice baloons have cool hieroglyphics.
6. They can't run very fast.
5. They can't run very far.
4. Thier aim blows.
3. Never seen anywhere alse where an octopus could chase you from the coast to a city guard, over several furlongs of land.
2. They don't swear (at least I don't think so.)
1.. They never mention FFI or WoW.
