Where do most of the assassin line adept 1s drop??
As with any Adept they will primarily drop off of Random "Group" tagged mobs... those with ^ or ^^ will drop the chests they come in a bit more frequently.
The adepts are all then just random, try checking the fence in your city, I know I have several Assassin adepts for sale, but since there isn't any assassins in Qeynos, they don't sell very fast.
