Well sorry for the dumb question but I've been looking around Freeport for a while now and I can't find the 'Sunken City' for Citizenship quest.

Anyone know where is it and what to kill there? ._.

I thought it was "The Thieves' way" but I guess I was wrong.

it's connected to graveyard, but it also has a mariner's bell. try the bells that say "travel outside freeport" ... this is a guess, as my freeport toon is to lazy to leave the IoR as yet :).

yes the sunken city is outside of freeport, use the mariners bell.. my predator's in freeport as well. ^^
