Pristine vs crudeFollow

#1 Dec 28 2004 at 10:42 AM Rating: Decent
Just a quick question about creating items. Currently I've been making rawhide backpacks (crafting the ingredients myself from sctatch)for myself and profit. Right now I can't get past the crude backpack. My question is does having all the ingredients (cord, tin buckle, ect) be in pristine quality help the outcome?

I'm also trying to make the level 3 runes for my scout but can get past level 2, does the same hold true?

thanks

Oh, and I'm just a newbie in crafting so I've just learned about the whole countering the reactions process...

Short answer is -> No

In Beta the devs said the code is not written to take the secondary compents quality into account.

Only the primary matter and then it only increases your max possible.

As you get more skill ups your will fins you get more good ticks which makes it easier to get pristine.

2 other quick hints.

1. You can use the counters as buffs and therefore use them every tick and not just ticks when you have soemthing to counter.

2. You can use more than 1 buff per tick.
