O well I had an old best buy VPR Matrix and I installed the game fine but I bbroke something in the tower on that so now I have a HP Pavilion and when I try to install the game it comes up

Your cd-rom or dvd-rom might be crappin out on ya in the second pc. My suggestion would be to replace it or swap it out with the one from the other computer and try to install again. I'm willing to bet this is the issue. Let us know how it works out if you try it.
