i am current;y a level 9 with 104 exp and i talk to the lady in qeynos harbor and she says i need more exp i am a level 16 druid what can i do.
The lady you talked to is for the level 20 choice. You need to talk to the guy over by the ships frame for your level 10 choice.
Note once you make the choice, you need to create one more item (any item) for it to take place. It checks when you earn exp, so you wont ding over until you have talked to the guy and you earn some trade exp.
