just got it from what i can see it is a good skill but if i use it when soloing i aggro things before i attack them. is this supposed to happen? cause if it is ment to aggro things then what is the point of it putting you in stelth?
Use Stealth to go sneak out before combat.
Stalk is meant to be used when you are ALREADY in combat. It attempts to place you in stealth and lowers your agro with the target, so in a group hopefully the mob will target the tank and not you. :)

I had similar experince. When I use stalk solo it ALWAYS agro's. So I've been using hunt. When grouping and enganged I can't go stealth. I will try stalk next time I group after engagement. Being able to sneak in battle would be useful for sneak only skills.
Use sneak, and hunt when your solo'ing or pulling with a stealthed skill... Stalk should only be used when your in a group, fighting a mob, and you want a quick switch into stealth. Later on you'll get shrouded strike, which will usually replace Stalk (as its a high damage hit that puts you into stealth).
However you'll want to keep stealth around due to it lowering agro on you, so if you ever over nuke it helps in getting agro back on your tank, and off of you.
