Question about quest to become ranger...Follow

I just received the meeting part of the ranger quest. I was wondering how I can complete this. I keep going into the meeting and as I pass the guards they attk me. I have sneak at Aprentice III so I was wondering what else I am doing wrong.

Ok, first off this quest was fairly easy when i completed it as a lvl 18 Predator. Using Hunt is what is going to get you by the first two guards, but App 1 Hunt wont work so find App 2. I believe I purchased it from the trainer in Nettleville Hovel for around 17s. Once you pass the first two gaurds use tracking to find the mob you need to kill. I was surprised how easy this was once i knew that Hunt needed to be at app2 or higher, but dont make the same mistake i did and wonder upstairs. For some reason I forgot i had tracking (still a noob). But that pretty much sums it up, good luck!

Do this soon. I read somewhere on the dev posts with updates that they are removing the ability to stack sneak with other stalk skills.

This will make this quest darn near impossible. I did notice while doing mine several times that you can get different con guards, yellow vs. orange. So maybe after the nerf, you will just have to keep entering the instance until you get the guards that con lower, or maybe wait until high lvl 19 to do it. I did mine at lvl 18.

Hunt App1 dose work fine with this. I went into meeting place useing it and was able to get through this flawless.
