Is max skill still 40 or has it changed to 35? i cant seem to go higher and going bonkers.

Don't worry about it. At 35 you can Harvest Tier II stuff and raise your skills up to 90 or so.

I got to 100 on a tier 2 harvest today. Was killing stuff and saw some mining. Got em and went 100. trapping too.

So I know you can get to at least 100 on tier 2
